I have no idea why I'm talking like that but anyway! If you are reading this, CONGRATULATIONS! You have survived another week by not being attacked by aliens. But if you have been attacked by aliens, I am deeply sorry. But it's too late for you now. But the ones who are reading this, give yourself a pat on the back for surviving.
Moving along, it is Monday which means I get to tell you all what I'm reading. Currently, I am reading, Nightshade by Andrea Cremer. I am on chapter 4 and page 33 of 454. First off let me just say something about the book itself. The cover is amazing. Viewing it online is nothing compared to having it in your hands. The book is pretty tall which is epic and it's heavy which means it's full of epicness. The cover has this shiny glimmer to it and feels nice to the touch. And I know you all know about the pages but the side of the pages are ruffled like rugged edges. I don't remember the actual term for them but I bet you I'll remember after I post this up.
So I'm not that far in but the story is interesting already. It kind of reminds me of Romeo & Juliet except without the love part and with people forcing you to be together. It's just that it's two families about to join together and they're two top dog families so you probably understand what I mean.
Calla seems like a well-thought out character and I like her brother Ansel. If they ever decide to release a movie for this novel I want to be Ansel. And you will all love me. You will all love me, Ansel. LOVE ME!
Let me step away from the creep factor.
I'm not that far in like I said but it's enough to let me know that I want to finish this! I just love the feel of the book and the ruffled edges of the paper. It's just epic and different. And the second novel Wolfsbane is being released in July, I believe, of this year! The cover looks awesome online but just imagine it in your hands. I can't wait to get it!
So right now I'm going to go and read some since I have nothing else to do. But before I do go let me just give you a small announcement.
I will be doing In My Mailbox at the end of each month from here on out. I might be able to do it each week later on but I don't get that many books a week for it to be a weekly thing. Sometimes I don't get books in the week at all. The reason is because I have 40+ books to read right now and really can't buy new ones otherwise I'll never finish them. I mean yea, I'll be buying books once in a while and there are sequels coming out that I need to buy. But I won't be buying a lot of them at a time. I also haven't been receiving any ARC's or getting any books for reviews but it's okay because, again I say, I have so many other books to read it's crazy.
So around the first few days of the following months I'll be doing IMM of the previous month's books.

What it do? LMFAO, dopey :P I read Nightshade and yeah it's pretty engrossing, and I finished in no time. I had a few issues here and there with it though. I found Shay kind of bland #goRen! heheehe, and Calla a bit ermm.... too free? whatever you want to call it. Apart from that it was a good read. I'll be looking out for your review!
