So, she has experience in writing at least. That's already awesome. She's also working on an adult fantasy novel called, Captive.
Aside from all of this she's also a high school teacher and is a mask maker. Mask makers are actually pretty cool and they're also very stylish. I mean I wouldn't put one up on my bedroom wall since I'll feel like they're staring into my soul as I sleep and that scares the crap out of me. But in a living room or such it would be awesome. Aside from that she lives in Australia which I've always wanted to go to.
Now aside from information about her because we don't want to be a stalker, let's talk about her books.
I actually forgot to introduce the titles to the next three sequels. They are, Stalking Shadows, Demon's Grip and Eternal Destiny. Already the titles jump out to me and make me wonder.
They are YA fantasy novels and different. There's no vampires, werewolves and faeries. There's demons and mind powers to name a few. And how she puts it, it's urban mixed in with non-urban. I'd like to see how that plays out.
She promises that it's good and I believe her. That's why I have to check it out. But instead of babbling on, why not tell you what it's about. And this is from her website.
If last night was real then Ariel should be dead, but her mother has disappeared, there are bruise marks on her neck and that hideous beast in the photo looks frighteningly familiar.
When demons kidnap her mother, Ariel is catapulted into a mysterious realm in a hidden layer of reality. Stuck on a rescue mission she doesn't want, she must negotiate an intriguing and unpredictable world where demons who feed on fear are hunting her, and they're aiming to kill.
She needs help fast, but can she trust the quirky old guide who says he can teach her how to fine tune her mind into a powerful weapon? And what should she do about Nick, whose power is more than he or she can handle?
I can't wait until this novel is released because I'll be picking up a copy on the first day. Check her website out over here where she shares the progress of having her novel published and such. And if you want to check out her masks and stuff and are into that, click here . They're really good and awesome.
So yea, keep your eye out for her and help her make it out there into the big world!
